Ok, the prelims are on now and I have to get over to my friend’s house before the main card starts. I am almost always wrong picking fights. I’m actually so bad at it you could probably make money going against my picks. So here are my predictions for the main card.
Luke Rockhold vs. Michael Bisping. I’ve always been a Bisping fan because of his ridiculous toughness, but Rockhold is a great fighter, too. I predict this will end in a submission victory for Rockhold or it will go the distance with a split decision victory for Bisping.
Dominick Cruz vs. Urijah Faber. It’s been a minute since Faber fought last and Cruz is no joke. I think this one is going to go to Cruz via decision. I expect lots of boxing and a little bit of wrasslin’.
Max Holloway vs. Ricardo Lamas. I know almost nothing about Lamas, so I can’t make a great prediction on this one. Lamas is said to be a serious black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, which should make it interesting for Holloway if it hits the ground.
Dan Henderson vs. Hector Lombard. I’m going to guess Henderson via ground and pound in the second.
Dustin Poirier vs Bobby Green. Well, I sort of have to go with Poirier because he’s from my home state, but I made the same call in his with McGregor. He’s been on a nice streak, though. I say decision Poirier.
